Train with us.
Wherever you are.
Our online group programs give dancers access to specialised technique and conditioning training from home.
Delivered live via Zoom, each program targets a specific area of dance performance — allowing dancers to consistently develop the strength, flexibility, control and technical foundations behind the skills they are working towards in the studio.
Rather than simply repeating skills, we break them down, identify the physical qualities required to perform them well, and train those qualities progressively throughout the term.
Small, focussed additions to your dancer's existing training — designed to create meaningful change over time.
TERM 4 PROGRAM SCHEDULE
5th October - 29th November
OUR PROGRAMS
-
DescDevelop the range. Build the strength. Refine the line.
Flex & Lines combines flexibility and mobility training with the strength and control required to actually use that range in dance.
Rather than focusing on passive stretching alone, dancers work progressively on mobility, active flexibility, end-range strength and control.
Training focuses on areas including:
Front and middle split range
Hip mobility
Active flexibility and extensions
End-range strength and control
Feet and ankle range
Knee extension and line
Strength through newly developed ranges
The goal is not simply to become more flexible, but to develop usable flexibility that translates into stronger, more controlled lines and extensions.

Build better turns from the ground up.
Great turns require far more than practising pirouettes.
Turn Tech develops the physical and technical foundations behind consistent turning — including relevé strength, balance, alignment, posture, coordination, stability and control.
Dancers progressively develop these foundations before applying them to increasingly complex turning skills and combinations.
Depending on level, training may include:
Relevé and ankle strength
Balance and stability
Postural control and alignment
Turnout and supporting-leg strength
Pirouette technique
Turn combinations
Fouettés
À la seconde turns
Advanced turning skills
The aim is to create dancers who understand how to turn, not simply dancers who practise more turns.
